Developed Support

Developed is a disposable camera for iPhone. It is free, it is MIT licensed, and I maintain it on my own, in my own time.

Before you report it, these are not faults

Some of your prints came back ruined. Every roll of twelve comes back with at least one frame spoiled and sometimes three: a light leak, a blur, fog, too dark, or nothing at all. That is what the app is. The damage is decided the moment the shutter fires and baked into the print when the lab develops it, the negative is destroyed, and there is no version of the photograph anywhere that does not have it. Nothing can give the frame back, and nothing will be added that can.

Your prints are taking a week. They take five to ten days, in real time. The film is logged in one to three days after you send it. Changing the clock on your phone is your business, but nothing in the app will hurry the lab.

You cannot see the photo you just took. There is no preview, no thumbnail and no count of how many came out. That is the point of it.

The screen will not rotate. The camera is landscape, like the real thing. Turn the phone on its side to take an upright photo and the print comes out upright.

None of those four will change. Each one is the app working, and the fix for any of them would make it a different app.

It helps to say what iPhone and iOS version you are on, what you did, and what happened instead. If it involves a roll, the receipt number off the ticket is useful.

Expect a reply in days rather than hours. This is not a company.

Privacy

The app collects nothing and has no network access. The privacy policy says so at greater length.
