Corpospeak Support
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Corpospeak listens to you talk, rewrites it as fluent corporate English, and reads the result back in your own voice. It runs on a Mac, an iPhone or an iPad, and everything it does happens on the device.
Report a problem
Email me at alex@alexecollins.com. You do not need an account anywhere to do it, and I would rather have a short email than nothing.
Say what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. These help:
- the device, and the version of macOS, iOS or iPadOS on it
- the version of Corpospeak, from the App Store listing
- which voice was speaking: your Personal Voice, Kokoro, or one of Apple’s built-in ones
What to expect
I write these apps on my own, in my own time, so this is not a support desk. I read everything that comes in. A reply usually takes a few days, and a fix takes longer than a reply.
Things that are working as intended
- “Apple Intelligence is unavailable.” The rewrite runs on Apple’s on-device model, so it needs an Apple silicon Mac, an iPhone 15 Pro or later, or an iPad with an M1 or A17 Pro chip or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings.
- It will not listen. Corpospeak only ever recognizes speech on the device. If your language has not been downloaded, it tells you and stops rather than sending your voice to Apple’s servers.
- Your Personal Voice is not in the menu. Record one in Accessibility → Personal Voice, then allow Corpospeak to use it. Until you do, it speaks with Kokoro.
Privacy
Corpospeak collects nothing and makes no network connections. The privacy policy says what that means in full.
